366 'horizontal' insights (one each day) in the private life of RGF for a better understanding of his work by the 'accidental navigator'. This project will be made with one year + a day of images and texts.

 
 
   01 - 08 - 01: VISITS:  Alan A. came to show me his new motorist suit...
   02 - 08 - 01: The memories of the movie ' Urbania' by Jon Shear are still disturbing me ... even loving the film a lot!
   03 - 08 - 01: NEWCASTLE: In the Laing Art Gallery we saw an Alma Tadema's painting that we did not know
   04 - 08 - 01:  POSTCARDS FROM SCOTLAND : And will the ' Parade' be as tacky as in other years?
   05 - 08 - 01: EDINBURGH FESTIVAL : Yes, it was tacky.
   06 - 08 - 01: EDINBURGH FESTIVAL : Bravehart again and again...
   07 - 08 - 01: MUSIC: The painting I´m working on ' Vanitas III' (color blind) has -among others - the music of  Rachmaninov, (Piano concerto  No1 in BBCRadio3)

   08 - 08 - 01: GLASGOW: Just when we arrived to the city center the DSC stopped working (after taking more than 20.000 pictures with it !!!)

   09 - 08 - 01: The catalogue of the exhibition that opens today in Pontevedra only took two days to arrive to Edinburgh
   10 - 08 - 01: The design of the general catalogue of my work for the web, is exhausting me ...
   11 - 08 - 01: FILM FESTIVAL: Of the three movies that I saw today, ' Amelie' by J.P. Jaumet was extraordinary
   12 - 08 - 01: FILM FESTIVAL: Euan always says: ' Enjoy the film' when entering the projection room
   13 - 08 - 01: FILM FESTIVAL: The two movies that I saw today (' CQ' & ' Gabriel & me')...were very bad. The best things were on the street.

   15 - 08 - 01: EDINBURGH FESTIVAL : The concert by the CBSO ' Mahler in Hamburgh'  was stunning. As was J. Bisset
   16 - 08 - 01: EDINBURGH FESTIVAL: Perhaps the video instalations in Mozart's 'Die Zauberflöte' gave a lot of thirst and in the interval... all went to have a drink. 
   17 - 08 - 01: FRINGE FESTIVAL: Even if suddenly it starts to rain... don't let it spoil the show
   18 - 08 - 01: FRINGE FESTIVAL: And if it's pouring ... don't let it spoil the show!!!
   19 - 08 - 01: GARBAGES FESTIVAL : Edinburgh has become the dirtiest city in G.B.
   20 - 08 - 01: FILM FESTIVAL : G. Herrero came to Edinburgh to present his movie 'Las razones de mis amigos'.
   21 - 08 - 01: EDINBURGH FESTIVAL : Carles Santos cheered me up with his madness
   22 - 08 - 01: Suddenly, a virus destroyed the operating system of my PC. I was so shocked that I could not go to the concert!!.
   23 - 08 - 01: After three hours of hard work, the ' PC Doctor' was able to reinstall the operating system. The workshop was not very becoming but...
   24 - 08 - 01: EDINBURGH FESTIVAL:  Operas such as Rameau's Zoroastre should not be done as a concert performance. I left.
   25 - 08 - 01: BLAIR ATHOLL: In the park that surrounds the castle there are 60m. tall Red Wood trees!!
   26 - 08 - 01: EDINBURGH FESTIVAL: 'Hashirigaki' by Heiner Goeggels, was like a good dream (not like a nightmare)
   27 - 08 - 01: St. MARY'S ISLAND (North Tyneside): When we arrived there was a high tide so we could not cross to the island...
   28 - 08 - 01: SUCH A WASTE OF TIME: Waiting for the new reading glasses (I lost the other ones yesterday on my way home after a concert)
   29 - 08 - 01: EDINBURGH FESTIVAL: During the interval of Wagner 's  'The Valkirie'... like in a refugees camp.
   30 - 08 - 01: GLASGOW: Wonderful the exhibitions by Stuart D. and Murray R. but we could not stay for the opening
   31 - 08 - 01: FILM FESTIVAL: Of all that I have seen during the Festival, the movie ' Pour ma soeur' by C. Breillat is what impressed me the most!!
